Historical Mural in my Home Town, Grapevine

Painted in 1986 with a Grant from the Grapevine Convention and Visitor's Bureau, this mural holds many fond memories of my childhood. Grapevine, Texas was a wonderful place to grow up while observing civic pride and family values on a daily basis. The mural was painted on the side of Mr. Wood's hardware store on Main Street. The characters (even the dog) were borrowed from the Grapevine History Book.
